The ambiance and service were really good and this is a nice restaurant to go to if you want to do something special. They have tasty fresh baked bread and the dishes look amazing. However, that simultaneously is the issue, they look fantastic but disappoint in taste. The cod carpaccio seemed to be coming from the freezer and was watery. The pasta with salmon was good but could have used some more flavoring and the bun that was supporting the desert was going soft and was fairly tasteless. You can have a three course menu for 39 eur which is a very reasonable price, but if you order a la carte the food seems to be overpriced (42 eur for a very small sized portion of steak). his has a great location by the Loire river. Everything seems very formal and smart but it didn't have much atmosphere, maybe because there were very few diners. The food was good and nicely presented, if a little fancy.
