This place deserves hundreds more excellent reviews! Beautifully tucked away at the corner of one of the Collobrières squares, with lovely lavender blue shutters, barrel bar posers and chalk board menus, the quaint appearance of le petit colle is just the beginning. Filled with locals and run by a young, trendy, passionate set of restaurateurs, with the kitchen ‘manned’ single handedly by a budding young 20-something girl who is clearly destined for a Michelin starred future. With service second-to-none and food to even beat that, le petit colle is a must-visit spot for lunch, dinner, or simply an aperitif to experience the wonderful atmosphere of this classic bistro. We had ravioli filled with ricotta and truffels as well as the lamb shoulder fries and baguette. Everything was homemade and truly outstanding. We also had a glass of wine and half a liter of water. We paid around 35 euros for that. The food was truly amazing and we would definitely recommend the dishes we had.

This is a great addition to Collobrières. A bit different to the other, more traditional bars. Casual food and good wines and beers at reasonable prices with friendly and efficient service. From time to time this place spontaneously combusts into a party night , generally at the weekend.

A fantastically located restaurant, right on the village square. The staff are extremely friendly and can speak English if needed. This is the coolest bar/restaurant in Collo. The burgers are sublime. It's simple food done well with great quality ingredients.

We did not get and opportunity to eat here, but were made very welcome and enjoyed a couple of drinks. We hope to get back soon to enjoy the menu. Best wishes for you adventure Jamie and Catherine.
