A beautiful, well-shaded terrace, misters, a very tempting smell of grilled meats, all the ingredients combined to have a good time. Arriving in the middle of the shooting, there was a bit of a wait to get a table despite having reserved. Once installed, everything was very pleasant. Fast, friendly service, local products, craft beer and regional wines, meat grilled to perfection over a wood fire. The all-you-can-eat formula will allow those with a sweet tooth to leave with a full stomach. Very reasonable prices for a place as busy as St Guilhem, we are far from the tourist trap and the quality of the products is excellent.
Belle terrasse sous un vieux mûrier à feuilles de platane, avec un beau panorama. Le concept c’est charcuterie à volonté et grillades de viande à volonté (merguez, saucisse, jambon grillé, agneau) un dessert du jour, le tout pour 24,5€. Comme tous ce qui est à volonté, tout n’est pas qualitatif et la cuisson du mouton n'était pas suffisante, mais les gros mangeurs apprécieront. Service sympathique et dynamique Peut accueillir les groupes. Avec les boissons, cela fait un peu cher.

It's regrettable, but excusable for a restaurant at will. the organization is also more than perfect even if the staff do not turn their thumbs. And it wasn't the full season. That said, it was good. so good value quality price.

Honestly, it's a good restaurant where we offer good grilled salads and cheese boards with a beautiful view of the Hérault gorges, you won't be disappointed! And if you also have the chance to be served by Alexis, then that’s the holy grail!
