If I could put 0 stars I would!! I was sitting their with my children, peaceful eating when this DoorDash girl came for an order, and the guy at the register started yelling at her in front of everyone, the girl cried and left the restaurant, My kids kept telling me they were not comfortable staying there so we left, it is not normal!! Then I call and spoke to the owner about it, he is being extremely rude, and telling me the guy was not yelling but speaking loudly, and it’s not his fault my kids misunderstood it, instead of just apologizing for it and talking to their employees to do better or make sure their tone is good with customers, definitely lost yourself a lot of customers, so unfor...

Best poutine anywhere, PERIOD! Fresh cut potatoes, nice thick gravy and fresh squeaky curds. The team works together as a well oiled machine ; super fast service, even when the place is packed ; long line does not mean long wait. Great subs, especially with extra smoked meat (proper steamed brisket cut to order), and hot dogs are great too.

Really excellent Poutine. One of the rare places where the cheese is melted!! 2 layers of cheese and the portions are really generous. The staff is super friendly, they recognize their customers and the atmosphere is really pleasant. $20 for a poutine that is hot and the cheese is not cold. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner

The food is quite expensive, but at least it's authentic poutine. However, the staff could use some training in customer service. The fries aren't as good as they used to be; they have a strange taste now. I used to order them every Friday night, but for the past three months, I’m sorry to say that they just haven’t been up to par.
