I don't note the tapas that were good, but the deplorable service. A single server can’t handle everything, to ask for something you almost have to go directly to order it at the bar, or arm yourself with a patient without limit. The manager should stop trying to save money and hire more servers, which would allow customers not to feel like just good cows to milk.

The mandatory passage when you're on Palavas. A really top welcome, very good cocktails (not 1kg ice in), always nice tapas to taste. I really recommend this small bar, where you feel like home, you have time to enjoy your drink/tapas without feeling pressurized. A place where you are immediately put at ease and where you are not seen as a wallet. Just beautiful.

We spent a few days at palavas, we were at the bar every night because Nicolas the server gave us an envy to come back to spend a pleasant time. Very nice bar of local inhabitants and fishermen. The staff is smiling, professional and very kind. However, a small sponge passage would not be too much on the tables.
