We spent an excellent time in this beautiful house, whose architecture and outdoor spaces are from the finish an invitation to enchantment. the reception is exceptional and the service of great professionalism. The generosity of the chef's kitchen is reflected from the aperitif magnified by the truffle and exceptional products. We enjoyed cooking the mackerel made at our table in bee wax and cuts made at the minute in front of our eyes. The whole meal is very high stolen for a remarkable value/price ratio given the place and the quality of the dishes that have been served us. A nice address.

A few years ago we had spent a weekend with a gift box. We were so happy that we returned with happiness. But everything changes. even the best. nothing to tell of the great cuisine of the master xavier chef. always as exceptional and precise. I wouldn't say so much about our room. days under the entrance door, bad phonic insulation, black joins in the bathroom, grease spots on glass shelves. the water hunt that doesn't evacuate. I hope the phebus will take this opinion into account for the next time because despite everything I love this place.

our dinner last night at the chef's table was a real pleasure to taste and share with the friendly chef and zen xavier mathieu, mix of soft and light flavors in the mouth, a dared bet on old redesigned recipes, while keeping the taste of the old. a beautiful blown through a fresh ice. the dishes of mr mathieu are at its shared moment, a great thank you.
