Le Phenix - Reservar una mesa

if you are staying at novotel, they will recommend a restaurant le phenix. this place sells good food....ill admit good but small.she didnt look very friendly......sad part is service is bad as well, we waited for 1.30hrs why? 1st under staff 2nd the cook was only 1 clearly cannot take alot of orders. 3rd after taking our orders they took 3 more orders but our order end up becoming the last... tried to ask her why our order is still not here...she did not say anything look at me and just walk to the other table to get new orders... waste of time and money as well. very rude....at least admit making a mistake or said sorry for the delay would be great. if they were in our position they would be pissed off as well....worst customer service

Unsere vierköpfige Familie hatte dies am Abend wunderbar Abendessen, mit exzellenter Service, freundliches Personal und das Essen war schnell serviert. Als Familie Restaurant empfehlen kann ich das Le Phenix.

Super resto, nous étions 17 personnes et avons bien profité de cet endroit. Un peu cher mais très bon. Le personnel était très sympa
