Don't get me wrong this is a great hotel for young families. Lovely staff, great pool, duplex rooms, short pleasant walk into town. We will go there again. But the food was a unmitigated disaster. We had the (Moroccan inspired) lamb, because it wasn't the cheeseburger or something covered in cream sauce. When it arrived, it came in a gelatinous cube form the most accurate way to describe it was as if some one had patted dog food perfectly out onto a plate from a square tin. There it sat, or wobbled slightly, on a bed of couscous. Still, on y va and all that. It was luke warm I imagine too much heat would have collapsed the structure, because on touch it collapsed into its constituent parts....
after testing almost all the restaurants of the touquet - some of which are excellent - we followed the advice of trip advisor and went to dinner at picardy. What disappointment!For 24 € on the card, the dorade net was. insipid. Served with a pepper boiler, without any other filling, it undoubtedly contributed to the good profitability of the establishment (at the customer's great dam, which could hope for better cooking preparation). On dessert, the "Title tatin" was clearly industrial, despite the 2 thin slices of apple added in trumpet. the rank leader confirmed to us at the end of the meal that "this dessert was not homemade". We would have guessed it... Only positive point: the ancestor...
We had dinner twice in this restaurant. On the 2nd evening, the theme was barbecue evening with entrance buffet, dessert and barbecue for 34€ per adult. the choice was varied and of quality. We especially enjoyed the child menu at 12€ because it is not limited to the choice fries chopped steak. the child really has the choice of his menu. On the first night, we tested the wok, the cheapest dish on the map and we were not disappointed. The restaurant's setting is very nice and it is nice to be able to dine on the terrace, under the trees.Special feature for staff really in small care.

Visited here a few years back when we stayed at the holiday inn that this restaurant is situated in! Was good enough to make us return and although not quite as good as before we still had a nice meal here, tasty and fairly priced and staff very friendly! If you fancy a break from le touquets main high street with plenty of food places try here! Nice walk back into town also after!

I'm often going to this restaurant or we've always enjoyed it. the service is discreet and professional, the refined and inventive cuisine. A must-see of the touquet.
