I found out here the Provencal Ioli. I didn't know him at all, I wanted to taste a local dish. small mayonnaise with garlic, fish, mulots, shrimp and steam cooked vegetables?( lukewarm or cold served. I imagined myself in my fantasy of gourmet something else, but it was good and I at least discovered a rarity in the region; A local dish.
