In the heart of a charming village near the Canal du Midi, we dine under a splendid plane tree near the town hall of Caux and Sauzens beautifully lit. Delicious ribbed and grilled lamb chops served on slate. Fameuse creams burned home. Warm atmosphere of friendly village.
