very good dining table and service and presentation that go without chichis. The kitchen and the room staff are at ease advising are cordial and do not refute terms to impress They know how to play and do it. we are shocked at the beginning by the room that is not even minimalist but rather archi old school without anything and that turns even to the old clot. But at the bottom it's not strange there are no false notes (except the initial surprise can be) it's comfortable it allows to focus on what you eat and the humans that you close and the note is also lightened. not a restaurant for eating bling bling and posting on insta to play vanity
Very good restaurant located in the center of Besançon; what is striking when you arrive is the welcome and service that was very warm! Very special mention to the server that was of great attention. Very good value for money, with a variety of dishes sufficient to suit all (vegetarians among others) without being excessive and very tasty. Small aperitives were also very appreciable. To be tested, it's worth the detour!
Excellent cuisine, with subtle tastes without looking for spectacular shrub. Perfect service while being warm! A small flat for the decoration of the room, which would deserve to be renewed and modernized. But, it may be part of what makes it feel naturally well and warmly welcomed... To be recommended!

The setting is calm and pleasant. Careful service but the kitchen is simple... good but not unbelievable or ambitious, in view of prices one could have expected better.
