nice little restaurant on the edge of the tarn in the heart of albi. a small card (for me) inputs, dishes (including vegetarian dish or vegan) and desserts as well as a menu. this says the dishes are neat and refined, I loved the dish and the dessert, the entrance a little less, lacked balance (red endives too present bitters in front of the coral lens...but those are my tastes...)the very pleasant welcome, careful wait but only so...a little waiting given the level of the restaurant, I would also have liked to have some small amuses to return with the appetizer

we went to the restaurant "the bridge of the tarn" on Saturday February and we loved it! warm welcome, the menu presentations were very clear and the gentleman who served us perfectly knew his products and guided us very well on our choices. we took the menu of the day and we were completely satisfied. the value-for-price ratio is there! fresh and local products (special lion for the whisky sauce of the black mountain! a delight) go with your eyes closed. service, kitchen, atmosphere at the top!

At the corner of a cute alley, this restaurant was a great discovery this weekend. the decoration is refined and tasteful, a soft music for a fiery atmosphere make it an ideal place for a meal in love. The kitchen is fine and delicious, from the local, homemade bread, everything is superb. and finally, the server is very pleasant and friendly, very pro, at all discretion. I strongly recommend

Great lunch at the bridge! home and very pleasant service, comfortable room, a delicious asparagus gratin menu with surprising goat, perfect duck parmenter, confite clementine (perfectly, not too sweet) and homemade chocolate ice cream. A nice discovery. we'll be back
