Very good surprise tonight starting with the subtle taste of chorizo followed by a very fresh salmon tartare then a well seasoned and cut beef tartare with the knife and well copied and for my part a very good character all with homemade fries and a glass of yellow wine from the jura to the bouquet of nuts and to finish an ice cream and a good chocolate mousse the whole served with smile
