We went to this restaurant after using the Michelin guide for iPad with the search function for restaurants nearby the Ch. Colbert in the Loire region of France. The reviews were very favourable so purely on spec we drove to Cholet and fortunately there was a table available. Three of us attended the meal, one adult and two young adults. The restaurant is very unassuming on the outside and is not in a particularly fancy or touristic area. Similarly, inside is very modest and small with only 5 tables and a total capacity that would not exceed 20.While the setting was not exceptional, the food was splendid. Excellent place to spoil your taste buds! Cosy cellar atmosphere and delicious French cuisine make this restaurant a hidden gem of Cholet. I highly recommend visiting it and ordering a full course menu.
