Autant les tapas proposées avec les boissons dont d'excellente qualité (cuisine du restaurant "Le pourquoi pas" de l'hotel Catelbrac), autant le service est décevant, même en étant client de l'hotel. A deux reprises, le personnel papote derrière le bar sans se déplacer et il faut attendre 20 min pour être servi, et en se déplaçant au bar pour commander, il y avait foule en plus, 2 tables dont la nôtre !
What a beautiful moment. We took the tasting menu at lunch and everything was perfect from A to Z. We had the chance to eat outside facing Saint Malo. All dishes were excellent and interesting.
