We ate this lunchtime at the Rimplas Restaurant, the Pous Café......Really pure happiness!!! The professional and very friendly service, The excellent Niçoise cuisine....Zucchini fritters, Gnocchi stew, Porcini mushroom ravioli, Blueberry tart,.......everything is homemade!!! An address to really recommend without hesitation. Thank you again for this beautiful moment shared
Passing to Valdeblore for the feast of the cataignes, we made a stop at the Pous Café de Rimplas for lunch. And we were not disappointed with our daube polenta and our desserts. Everything was great. Including service. This restaurant deserves its nissart cooking label. Bravo to the chief! Enjoy a nice walk in the village of Rimplas and climb to the fort.
Excellent reception, excellent setting and excellent cuisine. Everything is handmade at Pous Café and really bravo for the seriousness and quality of the work! The restaurant is located in a beautiful place in the village of Rimplas which is really to discover. Don't hesitate for a second, we spent a great time in the family two days ago!
Small warm restaurant with an atmosphere at the top! We have been very well welcomed, very friendly and smiling personal, it is increasingly rare today. Excellent dish with fresh products, it's really a treat! Thank you for this good time, we will be happy to taste the rest of the card!
First visit to RIMPLAS, the only restaurant in this small village with a hundred inhabitants. 100% homemade, impeccable local cuisine. A beautiful little square, a new and well decorated room... and even the tan to accompany us in the toilet. We ate very well and come back
