We stayed one night in the hotel and had dinner in the restaurant in the evening. The hotel : Decorated with care. Spacious and well-equipped room. Nice view of the garden with a very pleasant exposure. The bed is very large but we didn't find it comfortable enough. The bathroom mirror was all stained. I found it a shame that the toilet light came on with a presence detector and not via a button. I would also have appreciated a few extra pillows. Restaurant : The large room is very pleasant. There weren't many of us so it wasn't noisy. The appetizers were very good. As a starter, we had the scallops, it was delicious. As a main course, we tasted the veal steak with morel sauce and mashed pot...
Beautiful old homestead, locked parking in the yard, clean room When you arrived at 7 p.m. you had the impression that you were being disturbed, there was a squeaky mattress, no privacy in the bathroom/toilet, toilet without ventilation, open bathroom without shower partition (bathroom in the room), prices for minibar and restaurant are not published, advertised restaurant, which is why We booked and took an additional journey in the dark and in the rain, it was closed, as were all the other restaurants in town. Despite having reserved a table, we only found out about this upon arrival.
Very nice setting, maintained and pleasant establishment. We stayed there for 1 night and enjoyed the restaurant in the evening. The hotel is very good, clean, spacious and pleasant room. More mixed opinion on the restaurant where the quality/price ratio is quite bad. Starter (octopus) nice and pleasant, main course (sea bass) simplistic, overcooked, tasteless sauce, any accompaniment, dessert ok, cheeses imposed without any interest. It would be ok for a menu at 30-40 euros, not at 79 euros! Otherwise good wine list and rather pleasant staff.
Beautiful building including garden with pool. Rooms large and clean. Price for overnight stay OK. In general, the hotel is a bit carelessly furnished. Breakfast bread/croissant and jam, no cheese etc. You could expect more at breakfast. Dinner: Food was ok, but the difference in price from the larger menu to the smaller one was not justified with a soup and a few cheese. We had dinner there with my mom and an American friend for the last stop on our wine route. What a surprise, what refinement, we loved it. The veal was delicious, the desserts incredible. Diner is very good for the price. Service in restaurant not top and a bit slow and not attentive. Food itself really nice. Rooms are also Ok for one overnight. Breakfast is nice and sympha, but missing ham/cheese/egg and contain mainly from bread and pastry and again service far from top. Manager lady is very polite and friendly.
The hotel is located in a former Provençal village school. The building is superb but could do with a little more maintenance. The welcome is good but nothing more. Big disappointment regarding the restaurant which nevertheless displays star prices. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4
