update from 8th october 2022 our carefully planned waking in and around blinschwiller was crowned with the visit at silvie and gilles grucker in the fine restaurant le pressoir de bacchus! our anticipation was rewarded with a fine multi-course menu and the accompanying weeping selected by gilles, it just divine and we have no cent of the regret what we enjoyed here! thanks dear silvie and gilles along with the files that already showed a very good impression in kitchen and service!
