Excellence is there for your gastronomy time thanks to Chef Vivien Durant and his team. Everything is perfect, as soon as you cross the doorstep. You're so sweet, coated with benevolence, then relaxed, sitting in an artistic touch, you're awake. Each bite is delight, each ingredient releases its strengths, each preparation is a creative assembly without exaggeration, well thought out to astonish and treat you. Heart generosity is the signature installed in the plate.
Service present without pressing :un Good point. It's nice to be able to speak quietly. Professional staff (knows its subject and warm (sold: 2nd good point. Personalities stand out. Consistent plate at different levels: 3rd good point. We can follow the Chief's trip. Special mention to bread and olive oil: little more pure happiness! On the other hand: the opinions still differ! The highlighting of vegetables, makes the remarkable signature of this Chef's very creative gourmet cuisine. The garlic of ink bears associated with calamar brooms... bleaking. The crispy blette leaves accompanied by caviar... prodigious. Making servers partners, from finishing the dish in the room, is a rare fact not to say exceptional.
