Le Provencal - Reserva de mesa

After a morning in the Colorado Provençal, we drove to Sault and stopped for lunch at "Le Provençal" based on Trip Advisor reviews. What a great idea!Fantastic staff, friendly and welcoming, including the chef who came twice to a) let our daughter try the "petit epeautre" (some type of wheat) before she ordered and b) make sure we were happy with everything and chatted with us for a few minutes.Food is made from local fresh produce, simple but tasty. Everything we had was good!Their menu is starter + main dish + cheese + dessert at a price more than reasonnable (17,50 EUR). Even wine is reasonnably priced.Overall, highly recommended. A big thumbs up!

I love coming to France and finding extraordinary restaurants and this is one of them. Fantastic food from a selection of fixed price menus. The nice thing is that they don't charge extra for a few bottles of water or bread so the price of the food is the price you pay other than for alcohol. In addition to this, the waitresses are delightful and efficient. It is impossible to find places like this in many other countries but that is OK, I will just have to keep coming back to France. 5 stars.

The 20 € menu can be recommended! The Cervelles d'Agneau were delicious. As were the calf kidneys and the lapin rôti. Perfectly prepared and served. The wine list leaves nothing out. We prefered to go local: Domaine de Fondreche - red, 2015 was perfect. We'll come back for sure.Inge & Norbert Buschmeier, Denmark

We returned to Le Provencal having visited last year, this time with our three adult children. We all found something we liked on the 22 Euro menu and the wine selection is extensive (plenty of local wines). Food and service excellent, look forward to coming back. Reserva una mesa ahora

Got two takeout pizzas from here Not super impressed with the crust (which for Italian style thin crust is one of the most important elements).

Stopped here in sault en route to Nice. Best meal we've had, super service. Do a bespoke cyclists menu and good fixed price menu.

The restaurant offers a good selection of different menus and wines. All the courses were freshly prepared and tasted very good

Good appetizer, especially melon and ham. Their lavender ice cream is unforgettable! Good service and wine selection.
