Great experience. Food was excellent. My wife claims that the oysters were some of the best she had eaten. The steak was a little chewy, but very flavoursome. Serves us right, we should have ordered the trout, which no doubt would have been spectacular. Excellent wine. Young lad although lacking experience, made up for it with charm and willingness to please. Will definitely return to a magical place to eat by the trout ponds. Parking: Among the trees, shaded and spacious.
A beautiful, clean, shaded and original setting. A simple and cordial welcome and very professional in the explanation of the dishes. An elaborate cuisine that highlights the products and hearty dishes. Before leaving, a short break in the shade at the water's edge of the fish farm where you can fish some trout for the house. Many thanks and congratulations to the team. See you next year for the restaurant and surely at the Foix market to buy your trout products.
