Well but waiting... 3 stars: one for the frame, one for the quantity in the plates and one for the kindness of the boss. But on Sunday noon the wait was too long for our taste (minimum 45 minutes to see the dishes arrive). Customers who arrived after us (undoubtedly accustomed) were served before...
It's very correct, but be careful with the service. 2 hours between the aperitif and the arrival of the dishes. We alerted a waitress and were very patient unlike others who left before they even had their drink. To read the other comments, this is not new. Vigilance to have for the rest.
Very good cassoulet and very hearty salads. Correct service. In periods of back season, only establishment, on the edge of the canal and serving cassoulet, which is open. It's nice to see restaurants who want to work.
