I admit I expected it might be a lot since it was recommended on the Michelin guide but I was somewhat disappointed. The welcome was warm and the fluid service. The delicious mouth amuses were not introduced and my husband who is allergic to the fish almost eating herring fortunately that I took the trouble to ask what it was before tasting. The entries (the Saint James and the foie gras) were good but no surprise without any more a word we came to finish it was Mouais. When in the dishes, for the meat the cooking was perfect and the excellent room, on the other hand, was, sorry to say, insipid, lack of seasonings and lack of taste. It was excellent - every dish was perfect - sized just right; presentation delightful and tastes unequalled. Totally unexpected. D'abord le cadre : des voûtes invitant à l'intime, ensuite l'accueil très arrangeant et chaleureux enfin le menu (celui à 37€ qui allie le beau et le bon depuis l'entrée jusqu'au dessert. De bons conseils pour le vin... Tous les ingrédients pour une soirée en couple réussie et mémorable. La lecture de certains commentaires anciens a pu nous faire hésiter, nous n'avons rien vu/vécu qui ait pu nous les justifier. Nous reviendrons si possible et recommandons ce lieu sans aucune réserve !
Visited because our intended restaurant was closed and were very pleasantly surprised. Great service, simple but pleasing dinning room and genuinely excellent food. Simple, classy dishes using local ingredients that were a delight to eat. Price wise not cheap but excellence never is. Standard was much higher than many places I've eaten elsewhere for the equivalent amount. Highly recommended place to visit. Thank you to everyone who works there for a wonderful dining experience.

One of the best (if not the best) restaurant in the area. You will not find a better meal and dining experience for the price. Make sure you reserve a table, even for lunch the dining room fills up fast, and they generally do only a single seating. But very worth navigating the tortuous streets of Saint Chamas to dine at this little gem. Service is also excellent.
In a friendly and historical setting, we have the joy of discovering an inventive, tasteful cuisine with many local influences. We're cut off from the world without a network or WiFi. A good or a bad, everyone to appreciate. The dishes of the menus are balanced in their choices and offer very correct prices given their superb quality. Thanks and bravo.
