This culinary experience was one of the best we had in France on several levels. At first the location was peaceful and beautiful in the garden, it even offered a blanket for those who were cold in the late evening. The food was very creative and delicious and included a fun bush, first and second courses, a cheese course and desert followed by champagne! We also ordered a bottle of wine. I was surprised that the costs could not be more than what we could pay for a 2-3 course dinner with wine at home. The service was friendly and helpful. Our server seemed quite young and was still learning, but was very professional and helpful especially when we asked him if he could translate or describe...

This restaurant in the hotel offers only one menu, you have no other choice! Food was pretty bad, the fish in the sauce was so dry that I couldn't swallow. Service is worse. The waitress forgot our wine, I had to walk after her at the restaurant to remind her. When I asked her ingredients in a dish, she didn't know it, she said she would ask and come back to us, but never came back! The owner and the cook went around and never asked if everything is okay or if we liked the food. Breakfast was much better than dinner and waiter was more professional.

Breakfast on the terrace that deserves a small renovation.Menu unique to 47 euros...Mise on the palate: amazing with a medaillon of carrot purée too dry and a mackerel net that stirs your taste buds. Entrance: very good burgundy foie gras.Plat: a gutter lamb but served too cooked (we have not been asked for the desired cooking) and a correct farm chicken, the taste of rosemary being a little too pronounced for us). Dessert: mediocre with a rum baba certainly not accompanying him of the day.

If there were 4 stars, the food was excellent at the 4 nights we went, and they had a good wine selection. But the waiter we had every night for dinner was so bad that we thought he was a parody, he must be the owner son, there is no way this person could hold a real job. Reserva una mesa ahora

houa, a high-class restaurant with a chef, yves, who loves his trade and who will make you exceptional dishes. I just loved it. beyond the meal that is just unforgettable, the view of the ventoux is superb. can be you the opportunity to meet léon (the paon)

We stayed for two nights at Hostellerie de Sault May 2012. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff tried to accommodate us. The cook/patron, which has also developed the entire page, spoke to us and we and our XKs were made most welcome.
