Le Regent has recently taken a major step to enhance the dining experience: Alex and Vanessa have just finished their new dining room. It is completely separate from the bar/horse racing part of the place. Very tastefully decorated and with modern trendy but comfortable furniture....The choice of wine has also been extended. At lunch they offer always a formule with 1, 2 or 3 dishes for a very reasonable price.The serving staff, Fanny and Anais are both very friendly and professional. I can 't wait to go back in September, since I ' ve had 3 excellent lunches!!
don't let them stand off from the bar with all the horse-witches: just walk through the beautiful trendy dining room on the back. cuisine is modern French and the team is nice to serve and try their best to satisfy any special request....3 price levels when it comes to wine through the glass, unusually good selection of bottles for a restaurant in this skala. I recommend price level 2 for excellent house wines. eating is made by scratches, including frites season and represent an excellent value. bonne continues alex, vanessa et toute l'equipe!
also alex and vanessa and the team open on Friday night the dining room and this is a blessing for the village. we went 3 of us and had an absolute excellent meal. I had the huge garnels for a starter and after. we had served all callbsal sirloin with kartoffels and a pfeffer sauce on the side. the flesh was that tasty and juicy none of us touched the sauce! incredibly delicious. I can't wait to go back in 2 months.
superior value for money from this modern brasserie in coye la foret, a few miles south of chantilly. what would I recommend? especially the friendly and efficient team around alex and vanessa the owners. I visit the village for family reasons all 2 to...3 months and it is just a place that is not to be missed. there is also the best choice of the weines in the village! very important for me! to cook well they need good ingredients, a tension to please the senses, a heart, good wine and friends. that makes alex at his brasserie la régent. we enjoyed so much lunch here that we had already come twice from two days in Coye-la-Forét. alex felt very welcome as if we come to the house of a friend for lunch.
Alex and Vanessa and their team are now some months into their new venture with serious culinary ambitions. The quality of the food and the very good choice of wines has now been confirmed and hence the restaurant is increasingly popular. I look forward to...my next visit next month.
