I had the chance to taste the menu offered by this restaurant and I have to say that I was absolutely delighted by each dish presented. The crunchy coconut egg was a perfectly executed entrance. The crisp was light and crispy outside, while the coconut egg inside was cooked perfectly. Adding speck ham and peas added an extra texture and flavour to the whole, while fresh grass oil brought a touch of freshness to the whole. The main dish, a parmentier d’effiloché d’ekne de porc, tagliatelles de carrots, mustard à l’ancien, was also exceptional. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman. The room at the back in the courtyard was correct. With regard to the restaurant of the lodge, the cuisine is simply excellent, I didn't take any input... we offer you 3 sets in Bouches, which were delicious at last two for me because the third was a falafel, and I don't like (the tastes don't discuss... I took the back of place curry sauce and its tagliatelles, it was really excellent, then a plate of cheese, they were also good dessert You can go to this very good restaurant the eyes closed. excellent meal in this nice restaurant. We got a table for six. service was impeccable from beginning to end. excellent cuisine and rather original dishes. I'm gonna say that the tagliatelles were too cooked hair, but it won't stop me from wanting to go back to our next sezanne passage.
