my wife and I attended a lunch with the local anglo french association in this restaurant and bar routiers. this is a simple, unpretentious village bar and restaurant. there is very little atmosphere in the decor and the lunch menu gives a limited choice. but the service is charming like the owners. a buffet starter with a rather extensive selection of dressed, a very good main course (my wife and I had chicken chips with cheese and then came a pudding around 15 euro per head (with a glass wein! . if they only ask for a “standard” lunch only for a carafe of red or white wine, it is the safest choice. this is a cheap and cheerful lunch if they are not a culinary destination, but nevertheless...

this bar restaurant is an excellent place to lunch. the starter is a help buffet, followed by alignment of the day and dessert. it is a good value for money and good food.
