A little disappointed. the aperitif (monkey foam) and the amuseum-bouche (piignons) very good but the disappointing suite. salmon intake is fairly fat and fast to eat. but the crunchy beet pickles catch the dish. disappointing flat also: well cooked but just lack of salt (no salt on the table). Coconut juice did not smell all coconuts and the accompaniment was purified with small peas! I can do it at home. very fade, lack of flavors. fresh dessert but lack of taste too. too expensive for quality. on the other hand, very beautiful frame and the 3 horse box give an atypical charm.

A beautiful setting. a warm welcome. A very good meal. What? We thank the group for making us know this beautiful place but especially thanks to the relay of the coche for having spent us a pleasant time. We'll be back.
