Le Restaurant Apollo du Hyatt Regency Paris CDG

As a free included breakfast, overall it's not bad but it's not good either and it should be, it's a Hyatt. The restaurant seems to have everything they need to succeed but the execution needs improvement. The atmosphere of the room is open airy and nice, the servers were attentive. But the food was not appealing to the eye or appetite. Plus there were fruit flies flying around the fruits and other open food. I saw at least three, but who's counting! Sorry but the chef had difficulty with a basic omelette but no worries we were challenged to get a good omelette or just two good old pan fried eggs the whole 2 weeks we were in Paris. The coffee was bitter and all three pitchers of dairy were empty. Luckily there is a variety of food selections so we were able to find some nibbles to eat but it was a shame to waste all that potential.

Buffett Restaurant für Abendessen und Frühstück. Eher mittlere Qualität und beim Frühstück überlaufen. Ist aber das Hauptrestaurant im Hotel. Eher wie eine Wartehalle gestaltet in der Mitte des Hotels mit Glasdach überspannt.

Tipico ristorante di hotel aeroportuale. Grande buffet internazionale. Qualità dei piatti molto vicina all'eccellente. Carta dei vini ampia e anche vino a bicchiere. Servizio nella norma, forse un po' troppo impersonale.

Le service est irreprochable, gentil, attentionné et efficace. Les plat variés et bien préparés et présentés, le décor dépaysante relaxant.Avons toujours hâte de revenir !

Excellents produits et bien cuisinés, l'accueil irréprochables, le personnel au petit soin merci à Maria Stella Hicham et Rahman un endroit toujours aussi exceptionnel.
