Le Restaurant Ephemere du Chalet des Saveurs

We spent two nights in Saignon and it was a hot two days so we settled here for both dinners during our stay as it is totally al fresco The lady who runs it is absolutely charming and the food is marvellous , the wine is expensive though especially if you are having all three courses and have a thirst , mind you the wine they serve is fabulous Allouis which is from a local ORGANIC winery 3 miles away and sells for a third of the price ! Naughty girl ! The steaks were delicious , we actually had fillet of lamb which was served with the most delicious sauce and my wife had the most fabulous fish .and there are great burgers for kids . The puddings were fabulous especially the chocolate mouse with brownies and a wonderful Creme brûlée The service is good as there are limited tables and do go early as the wind can get up later bit cleverly they have blankets . All in all this is a super dining experience on a hot evening and is only open on summer evenings as the lady who runs it is a school teacher and speaks excellent english and has one of the nicest smiles in the Luberon .

we were looking for a restaurant on Wednesday night in early July and either they were closed or complete, so we stopped at the place where this foodtruck was. very friendly and chichi-free reception, the waiting time was just a little long to receive the dishes because all the customers arrived at the same time. but the burgers are really good and of quality as well as the fries (which is not always obvious as Belgium to find good french fries). very friendly brief, we will return more than probably. ratio quality price is good with the size choice of burger, the only flat we would have is the choice at the level of the wine card. To do it without hesitation if you're on your onion on a summer night.

Inopinated but high quality meeting.Hamburgers, meats, fish and salads are on the menu of this food truck. finally a lot of choice on the map given the little space available. 2 people on a truck, sorry cooking, and a nice waiter. ultimate test ask for the replacement of the bottle of wine because of taste of cap. exchange without worries if the defect is not directly detectable in the nose. hamburgers of quality and excellent fries in sufficiency. budget very correct, a flat a wine under the 22€ would be well as. but otherwise it's worth 22€. Enjoy the moonlight.

A real restaurant with a real cook:chef..All is only flavor, delicacy, fresh products, well cooked it loved the burgers with homemade fries, mixed with vegetables and peche soup we had come by chance the year denriere, and this year we reserved to be sure not to miss this ephemeral restaurant....we tell you next year.

the cottage of fresh produce well cook all is good tasteful sauces the correct price for the products to advise.
