Our heartburn in Peyragudes! Discovered by chance on the evening of our arrival, we returned there last night. The whole team is welcoming, comfortable and benevolent in a new setting. Exceptional products for high-end dishes at very price (too reasonable for this station quality. Possibility when the room is complete to have a table in the kitchen area and see the master at work! A very welcoming and passionate staff of their work. An excellent meal with fresh and qualitative products, very little waiting. I highly recommend this restaurant, it's one of the best in the station Ps: I just have the photo dessert because I didn't have time to take pictures of the dish (I ate it without hesitation).
