The flavours were at the rendezvous however the coriander ice was not sufficiently high. The perfect service, staff in the room but also in very smiling and pleasant kitchen. I've had dinner last night. It was magical. a salmon to fall on the ground. I was sceptical when I saw him coming. He seemed half cooked. but not at all. He was simply divine. A real treat. accompanied by a small peas emulsion. And the strawberry cowrin!! actually it's simple. It was so delicious that I thought about it again this morning when I got up.
