As a frequent visit to Beziers and Les Halles I was intrigued to see how the fish counter as was has morphed into what looked like a stylish sea food restaurant. It had to be tried out and what a pleasant experience it was. Sat at the bar and had a delightful light lunch of oysters gratinee (for her crevettes). Food cooked in front of you by an accomplished chef and mine host was superb. Very good local wines and sea food and we shall definitely return. Great experience all round.
Love my food, and when in France cannot go past freshly opened oysters with a glass of Chardonnay, add to this the absolute delight of choosing your piece of fish or seafood to be cooked, as a side the choice of ratatouille or salad and chips and you have one great lunch. This casual eating place is to found at Les Halles, Beziers. Very casual , but most friendly....go join the locals
Frederique comes family of Oyster producers . Open at lunchtime only inside Les Halles..All the products are extremely fresh(osyters, crabs , mussels etc)I ate twice both times , it was delicious . I even once bought fresh sardines from his fish monger neighbour , and he cooked the for only 3 Euros . Also dessert was excellent, home made apple pie .

The fries and crustaceans were excellent, thanks for this meal! The service is fast, cordial. Taken in the heart of the rooms, during the fairy of the Beziers.

Thé co-owner made us feel very welcome. The tuna burger and fries were delicious. My husband had salmon and said it was equally as good. Gréât choice
