Castellet is a beautiful medieval village with beautiful paved streets, charming shops and, above all, addresses where to eat. For my first lunch in the castellet, I decided to let me try with a Breton address: the king's crêperie of Ys.Before I settled on the large terrace, I did not consult the threeadvisor reviews. I'll tell you that I was a little scared. this crêperie is rated on average and collects negative and average opinions. This seems to be due mainly to service, not reactive and smiling during the summer period. the number of contributions by mentioning me that this is not a Breton legend. In this case, I fell on a good day or the right person because I found the smiling, fast and professional service. On the other hand, the staff is short, it is clear that the team has no time to customize its service. It is important to say that the terrace has many more seating places and the room has more than thirty seating places (a room in the purest crêperie style: wood, wood and wood. without forgetting a large chimney that gives an altitude chalet side to the places). In addition, the map and it surprised me is very provided. Too much. it is clear that all products are not fresh and that the frozen is put. Which explains the prices. Indeed, I counted between and cakes on the map!... has very few exceptions, they are all offered less than euros, or even less than eight euros. at least the (or the, or the) owner does not charge frozen for costs. it is therefore very easy to eat a cake and a sweet crêpe for or euros, really. Well, you will not eat the best cakes of your life, far from there, however, they remain no less very good and well presented. After having been installed on a square table with tree trunk imitation tray (remembering the broccéliande forest), clean, I had to decrypt the map (composed of dozens of cakes, dozens of pancakes, but also omelets, salads, melts., there is not really an identity on the menu). not eating meat, I admit that I have eliminated a huge majority of the cakes very quickly and have leaned on the glenan: cream spinach and egg. Ten minutes after the order, my galette arrived. a priori, the cakes are not accompanied by salad but, in view of the rates, there is nothing scandalous. the galette was presented in the form of a square with a hole in its center to let appear the generous trim. Of course, it was not fresh spinach but they were good, well cooked, not creamy ad nauseam. The egg was well cooked. The cake in itself was crispy, well cooked because it was not fat and did not groan in a thousand pieces at each knife. I was served hot. Moreover, I found the copying cake because I really didn't want dessert. I accompanied my lunch with a green tea. Nothing to say on this side. for euros, it is tea in bulk that is served in an elegant teapot in white porcelain. the bag came in the cup, so I could master the infusion of my sencha. The teapot was well filled, and I was able to enjoy two full cups. Like the galette, the water was hot and not warm. I paid euros for a cake and a tea. at this price, as I mentioned, we must not expect only fresh products. The egg is probably not organic. In short, the king of them filled his office for a lunch. the clientele is large and I think you have to book according to the season. I enjoyed my experience. It may be necessary to avoid the places in the summer season, but it is a shame if you want to enjoy an ice cream. You have to leave a chance to the king of yies without condemning him to failure and matt.
