LE ROYAL CHINA - Reservar una mesa

Opened a little more than a year ago, the Royal China is one of the few places in Paris with 100% home-made dim sum. They also make their own rice noodles. You can see them made from scratch in the open kitchen when you enter the restaurant, and they certainly disappoint. The owner is very friendly and always happy to share about the process and how she creates her recipe. The classics are here, but she has also tried to innovate with personal creations like the vegetarian one, which looks like a tiny stuffed bok choi (and is stuffed with seasonal vegetables), or the chicken-lemongrass xiaolongbao. Worth noting, some of her dim sum are poultry or chicken-shrimp only.

eating is not bad. a little oily for the fried noodle shell. the steamed tomyam emptying and emptying soup is the best. a bit disappointed when the waitress has forgotten our sweet. Anyway, the whole experience is still ok, we'll see again.

Nice setting, average quality dim sum. The service can be slow due to the crowd.
