Le Rucher de L' Ours

We stopped at Mt Louis to eat at this restaurant which had quite a basic menu but the setting seemed divine.That's possibly the best part and the rest just fell to bits. We came in the middle of winter and the restaurant was absolutely freezing. Every person in there still had their jackets on and when we asked for the heaters to be turned up we were told off rudely by what seemed to be the new manager. We should have walked out then and there but no other restaurant was open that day. Crepes and galettes were nice but not filled to the edges so all the filling was in the middle, note that the crepes and galettes are huge. Then a poor family of 5 turned up to eat at 1.30pm and in front of us the manager turned them away coldly saying 'Sorry kitchen's closed."...really? 1.30pm?? Clearly these people don't know the meaning of business and we certainly won't be going there again. Overall. Service despicable. Pricing good but food average. Setting and decor beautiful but beware WINTER TOURISTS - Restaurant isn't heated!

Well, as there are not that many restaurants in this little village and thus not much of a competition we understand that the food might not be anything spectacular. However, it had got quite a good rating at Tripadvisor so we expected the meals to be at least ordinary. We had crepes for main course and for dessert, and were truly disappointed with both. The crepes in Stockholm, a city far from France, are much better, which we never would have thought. The service was excellent though so, the waitress was great, but the food was bad.

We stopped for a cold beer and snacks . The staff were very friendly and the food was good. We were seduced by the lovely location in a shadey quiet street and the sound of Nora Jones ! Great ambiance .

????????????..... delicious galette & delicious sweet crepes using local/regional products. Very friendly greeting & prompt service too. Very pleasant on the terrace in the sun.

Just stop for diner and get a nice meal with all the smiles of the tenant it is a nice place before going to andorra. Through spain
