Le Rush Burger&sandwich

I am a habit of this restaurant but unfortunately lately it becomes anyone. I order a rustic with cheddar and bacon fries. And when I arrived at cergy (at home) I find sandwich with bleeding meat while I asked for well cooked. No cheddar or bacon
