A fish on the grill (from grondin, very tender) and homemade fries with two strawberry ice balls from the Louvet Wood Farm (it is not surprising that they work together, it is very good too). For my father an andouillette that he asked well grilled, for me a piece of beef gorgonzola after drowning me in the melon gaspacho accompanied by morbier and ham. The dishes are well thought out and worked. We just regret a little lack of seasoning, but it's not rehibitory and we have pepper and salt available to rectify.
