Fine and refined cuisine with marked and expressive flavours. The service is pleasant. The frame is in agreement with the kitchen. The card is renewed several times per season. The wine menu is sufficiently provided, and offers a formula accompanying your meal, from the mouth to the mignardises, for 25€. The house also offers picnic baskets that give water to the mouth as well as menus. You can also enjoy the flavours at home, going to the fine grocery associated with the restaurant (lower on the same street). On the budget, count a menu at 30€ (no) and 50€ (except drinks). Think about booking. I highly recommend.

Probably one of the best tables in Besançon. The map is concise, a sign of freshness, and like the room and the staff. The dishes are beautifully assembled, and the arrangements of dishes and original wines. The server is also a competent sommelier. If there was a small flat to put, it would be about the not very ripe melon in our entrance. But it's chipoter from me. Let's get back to the essentials: we'll return to it as soon as possible.

I recommend this restaurant that mixes visual pleasure (dishwasher, well presented dishes and the setting is friendly) associated with the pleasure of taste. The unique menu was original and copied for a reasonable price. An excellent dessert.

A single formula from noon to 30€, renewed every week. Delicious and unbeatable. Quality products and cooked with finesse. The room is small but comfortable, the very attentive service.
