I'm not used to waiting for an hour before I get a dish. Fortunately that the only champagne (really too green) made us wait with the small guacamole verrine very well seasoned. Three champagnes on the map but not Ruinart. I took a crust beef, excellent and well cooked, but the simple uncooked paste around the meat did not bring the ultimate expected. Tres bon purée maison , I guess but way too little. Nothing exceptional in the burnt cream that was warm limit. On the atmosphere, avoid too strong music and prefer a zen, jazz-like atmosphere. It will be more appropriate and simple to discuss.
Unmissable restaurant in Saint Geneviève des bois, the quality of the dishes is worthy of the best tables. The service is always impeccable of smiling servers and has your listening. The chef takes the time to come and greet you and make sure that everything went well. Get your eyes closed.
Finally French cuisine, what was missing in the city and its surroundings. Everything is homemade, the product is fresh and the staff is professional and pleasant (Cyril and all team) I strongly recommend and I'll be back soon.
