Le Saint Maurice - Reserva de mesa

Visited this bistro for dinner fresh off the plane from Carcassonne airport. Ate outside in the gorgeous medieval setting of the town square, with the outdoor seating area tucked beneath an overhang of centuries old beams. Atmosphere was very friendly, and the waitresses were cheerful and accommodating I am not fluent in French, but they were very helpful and knew enough English to get through our order. Service took a little while, but it was understandable as they were busy. The pizza I had was delicious, if a little large, though they were happy to provide a box to take it home in the roast duck is also apparently very good. All in all, a lovely first dining experience in Mirepoix!

Had an excellent lunch. Service from young servers outstanding, attentive, smiling, thoughtful… obviously very well trained and happy in their jobs. A simple but delicious meal , well presented, good quality ingredients. Very tasty. Congratulations to the person responsible for training the young people who were serving. Such a happy and friendly atmosphere! Look forward to my next visit. My American cousins were extremely impressed. Thank you.

What a wonderful night. Superb food, delicious wine, a perfect location and the very best waitress Anaelle. We were a large, and demanding, table but Anaelle was active helping us with no delays all evening. She made great recommendations and never complained about all our changes of mind. It was a great night and made perfect by Anaelle’s service.

We ate here twice with friends. Annaille was a fantastic waitress, nothing was too much bother for her, despite the group of 12 noisy brits! The food and beer is excellent . Strongly recommend! Reserva una mesa ahora

Found place by accident. Had a lovely Pancake with Grand Marnier although think they were sparing with the GM! Was great to sit and watch the world go by in this ancient square. Nice wine.

We had the three course menu of the day salmon tartar, filet of cod. The cod is the best piece of fish I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten tons of fish over the years! Unforgettable!

very good restaurant a warm welcome I highly recommend if you are in the place outside of fat that should be served with hard or soft bread to choose according to the person
