On a busy Saturday evening, we were lucky to get a table in this busy corner street restaurant without a wait. We were greeted by a very friendly staff who made you feel welcome. The location is ideal for a meal or just a drink on the terrace if you want to people watch. We had a nice dinner - my husband had fish & chips and I chose the re-invented Cesar salad - the romaine is grilled! Both were excellent. There were both couples and large family gatherings at the time, but the service was fast and efficient just the same. The last time we visited this restaurant it was the Restaurant Le Saint-Sauveur. The menu changed a lot since then. I missed some of the former items, but found the select...
We went to the Saint Sau for a quick bite to eat and to listen to music. We had such a great time. The band Group Classic Rock (GCR) was amazing, they kept everyone dancing all evening. The service was excellent and the food was good. This restaurant pub is centrally located off the main downtown streets of Saint Sauver. I would recommend this venue to my friends but it's more for adults than for families with small children. Thank you for reading my post.
Skipped kids meal got my son fish and chips Monday to Wednesday special $12.99 too much food not a problem I took 3 tapas choice roasted vegetables very good, chimichurri shrimp with mango purée not spicy and Luke warm but tasty, bison mini 2 burgers dry and buns worst but wine by glass McManis Cabernet Sauvignon is amazing but over priced bottle at saq $18.30 glass $16 ridiculous
One of the best breakfasts in town. Eggs done the way you wish bacon crisp potatoes in a small ceramic pot very tasty lots of fruit slices a small smoothie a small chocolate brownie and toast with homemade raspberry jam. The seating arrangement very comfortable and you can read the Globe and Mail calmly and enjoy more coffee if you wish.
Come here every time I'm in St Sauveur. Great place to grab a beer after walking in the village. Prices aren't cheap and geared towards tourists but I still come. Staff is friendly, food is good, love the ambiance. They have brunch on weekends as well as lunch and dinner. Weekends they have live bands which makes it really fun.
The service was quick and friendly. The view from our table was good. The food was good but pricey for what it was. I really enjoyed the poutine and my companions enjoyed fish and chips. I loved not being rushed and being able to enjoy the warm weather with the pub windows wide open.
