We went on the 78€ menu, the amuse bouche was a soft boiled egg removed from its shell with creamed potatoes put into the bottom of the shell with the yoke of the egg then returned with a small amount of the potatoe with some white truffle on top absolutely divine.The domeur of crab meat with a coconut cream over it with a citrus? Dressing and tiny fresh green herbs was brilliant. This was followed by scallops on bed of very finely chopped vegetables with a lightly spiced dressing they were excellent!The sea bass fillet with a champagne foam was cooked to perfection.Next came the cheese chariot followed by slices of poached pear on a type biscuit base set in a light jelly encircled by a crisp sweat ribbon.The service was faultless, the only observation would be having visited many Michelin starred restaurants in last four months we thought the wine prices to be on the high side compared with other similar establishments.
While being a bit off the beaten track in a small village, this place is just marvelous. Very stylish design meets perfect service and a creative kitchen. We went for the menu for 75 Euros that started with very interesting little dishes, and culminated in a perfect turbot. The sommelier suggested very fine wines by the glass as well. We paid 210 Euros for two people, exceptional value for the food and surroundings offered.
Designhotel with Gourmetrestaurant- One of the best Servicecrews in the Bretagne. The Menu was perfect, superb bread, modern looking plates, good cooked fish and St.JaquesFantastic Assortiment of french Cheese and fitting chutneys. Definitly a Michelin Star!Stay over Night! The Rooms are outstanding! Only negative Point-no working WIFI at our Stay (its okay for a Night-:)
Superb combination of a modern restaurant in a tradtional environment. Food was excellent and well presented, wine list covered all tastes , service first class - all delivered at an affordable price. Move this restaurant to a big city and it would more than hold its own if the prices were double.
