I had the opportunity to stay at the salmon hotel several times and I would recommend it warmly. As many have said, it is “in its juice”: the wifi doesn’t work, there is no socket right next to the bed to plug its laptop and the decor is a bit out of date in the dining room. But if we decide that all this is not essential, it releases a good child atmosphere, the boss and his staff are very nice, the rooms are very clean and the new bedding. the restaurant is worth the detour to him alone: it is fresh, house, well served and at very correct prices. It's really the style of restaurant that we'd like to find everywhere in france and that will remind some of a rare art of living. quiet and relaxing atmosphere, large bright and soft room, well spaced tables, tablecloths and towels in white fabric, very attentive service, smiling. In short, you feel at ease right away to enjoy a refined cuisine that can be either traditional (e.g. the calfskin head gribiche) is inventive and original (such as the salmon skewer, bacon, fruit-punches a great value and ... a beautiful view of the beautiful gothic tower of the holy church madeleine. What more?

I have stayed here a few times and always loved it. The hotel is comfy and clean with a mix of old and new rooms, staying t the front of the hotel overlooks to town square, but you will hear the chirch bells at night. A lovely restaurant serving typical French food, and wine. service is relaxed. If the weather is nice you cn sit on the terrace and eat again overlooking the pretty town square. the town is not too big with everything around the square or near abouts. A short stroll taks you to the river which is a nice way to walk off the lovely food

beautiful place very welcoming or the welcome is irreproachable and the staff has our great breakfast with fresh and well present products it would not miss a card without necessarily having menus but otherwise nothing to say very nice place and excellent thanks for your welcome and the little gesture for the anniversary of my wife
