Very friendly and warm welcome, but our room was a little dated and the lighting and sockets are not really up to standard. Another subject, the brasserie l'Authentique where we dined with again very friendly service, served us a Savoyard fondue more expensive than anywhere else which must undoubtedly have been a sachet fondue from the mass market because, being Savoyard, I know how to recognize a real fondue from a ready made one; we had the opportunity to taste another one near the hotel which had nothing to do fortunately with that of l'Authentique. This is a superb hotel which is ideally located on the slopes just a few metres away from the lifts. The location is perfect. The food was really good quality and you feel like you’re in a top class restaurant. The best part of the hotel, however, is its staff. Everyone was very friendly and kind. A special mention to Marion and Max from the bar. They were excellent and made our stay even more special! Thank you!

Could not recommend Hotel Mont Vallon very much. The staff is as good as any hotel I have spent all over the world. Super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for the slopes and the elevator.

Everywhere in the area was busy for lunch and we just wanted a drink so we ended up here. What a friendly service. Excellent wine, even at 10e per glass. Well impressed!
