Le Select - Reserva de mesa

It's been a while since I've been to the Select when I come to Bastia. Well, I will return there with great pleasure. Everything was perfect ! From the welcome with a smile, to the impeccable service and above all the excellent meal! In the photo, it's the Hot Duck with foie gras: Brioche bread with cooked apples, duck breast and foie gras sauce! Mamamia The desserts are also terrible! In short, I highly recommend it and for my part, I am going back next week!

If you're looking for a very good restaurant I found! Friendly welcome from boss Julien and staff. Meat: excellent butcher piece with perfect cooking a homemade pepper sauce, fries (the best of Bastia, probably Bintje) served with a salad with leek crunches. And what about tatin pie revisited!! Down on the ground. Ask to taste the Mandarinetto made by the boss and you will reach paradise

good surprise, away from the tourist area. tasty cuisine, homemade desserts. I tried the gamba liver tagliatelles, succulent. the map about ten suggestions. dishes between 17 and 24€, desserts at 7.5€. Let's be nice and nice. Quick service.
