Really great service from Pascal and Julien! The fish and chips and chicken and chips are both lovely and only cost 6 euros. They also have meat and cheese platters, which I have never tried but they look amazing. The cocktails are reasonably priced and have a generous amount of alcohol in them, which is a good thing. The bar itself is very clean and modern looking on the inside, with really cool murals of The Rolling Stones, Janis Joplin and others on the walls. There is also an open mic night in the basement on a Wednesday, which is usually entertaining. I really think this bar deserves a bit more recognition, but it is still quite new. Definitely go there if you get the chance.

After a morning walking and site seeing in Tours we were looking for somewhere for lunch. Shelter provided the ideal venue and the staff were friendly and the food was excellent and good value. Would want to return to explore the beer selection in more detail as it looked to be interesting and unusual

Visiting Tours there are so many places to stop. Drawn partly by the offer of English on the calk board, was never the less very pleased with the choice. Excellent lunch time meal. Service from host very good, and we did offer complements to the chief.
