Frequented with 5 family for a birthday. Everything is perfect from beginning to end. Careful service, caretaker, courteous but not cold and guinded. The kitchen is superb and very inventive. We all took the formula 3 dishes and so could taste a lot of things. Everything was great. Special mention for fresh liver, for calf ris and chocolate dessert. Wine map of an incredible richness : everything is there!!! And, good surprise for such a restaurant, we can find excellent wine at a very affordable price. Beautiful experience to redo on occasion.
We arrived the first time in 2017 and the brunch was incredible. At the end of 2021, we really regret the quality change. Nothing to do with before, simple dishes and frades, ingredients of poor quality (e.g., reconstituted foie gras or Chinese truffles and nuts of Saint Jacques without taste) for a higher price than the original price. We're very disappointed. I think that for this price we should have something exceptional but that is not the case now.
As soon as you arrive, you understand that you will be initiated! He's the chef of the dishes, this is the chef of the desserts. The sommeliers guide you in your tastes. I recommend the tables close to the kitchens, you will see the preparation of your dishes in an absolute calm. The 2-star kitchen is fabulous and deserves a third. Booking taken at the last moment during summer holidays, full restaurant but a solution was found for the next Saturday noon, so I also recommend for the reception.
