A beautiful medium-cooked foie gras plate then a beautiful beef net followed by a very varied dessert cart.Nothing to say the kitchen is mastered and allows to taste local wines and products. The sommelier is always as effective, attentive and humorous.Prices rather at the top of the fork especially on the map. We had a great evening.
I've been dreaming a long time to go to this restaurant, I was afraid it's too guinated but not at all. The reception is certainly very sober but you feel at once at ease. I loved the presentation of the menu and suggestions by the hotel master that we could have believed straight out of the French comedy. absolutely everything we tasted was an enchantment to the dessert trolley so varied that we had to reason. the note....a little salty perhaps but given the framework, the hotel master and the succulent products it seems rather justified.

We always wanted to go to this restaurant without ever passing the doorstep. and we tested. We ate well in the whole, it was good but nothing exceptional that comes out of the ordinary. However, a big negative point on the dessert that is not a dessert to the plate, I find it a bit limiting especially for a starry.
