I will not be coming back again after being disappointed for the third time. The food arrives soggy and messy, and my order is often incorrect. The taste never impresses me, and it's usually cold, which I suppose is a 50/50 issue. The prices are high for the quality and quantity provided. I definitely won't be dining here again, especially with delivery.

if they are in new york city downtown and are looking for good Italian food, don't look further than eataly! I recommend going to this place at least once, super tasty and delicious food. the prices were quite affordable for the situation and the service was absolutely spectacular! when I return to nyc, I am sure back.
The unfriendly hostesses made for an unwelcoming start to what I had been looking forward to. The service was extremely slow, and the food was average considering the price.
The food was excellent, and the delivery service was also impressive. Unfortunately, one of my items was missing.
